Fresh tuna tostada

FRESH TUNA TOSTADA CAUTION: MEGA DELICIOUS!

Cut the fresh tuna into cube dices, chop the cucumber, onion, garlic clove and serrano chilli.
Stir fry the onion to use as topping.
Marinate the tuna with the garlic and serrano chilli sauted in a pan, add the soy sauce, orange and lime juice and let sit for 5 minutes.
Fill the tostada with the mayonnaise, add the marinated tuna, cucumber, fried onion, and avocado on top.

Pasta from scratch

AUTHENTIC ITALIAN PASTA FROM SCRATCH

Chop the garlic in fine slices with chillis and place them in a pan with the olive oil and pepper.
Turn the heat on medium until the garlic is turning gold, then add the pasta water to the sauce and turn off.
Drain the pasta and cook it in the sauce for about 3 minutes, you can add herbs as you like (dill, rosemary or basil) and grate some lime zest. Switch off and serve with the parmesan cheese on top. 

Waffles

THE BEST! WAFFLES WITH CHOCOLATE BITES

In a bowl combine the dry ingredients: flour, baking powder, salt and sugar.
Heat the milk (do not boil), add the butter and turn off.
Add the eggs, oil and vanilla extract and Hershey’s chocolates to the dry ingredients, then add milk mix and let sit for at least 1/2 hour.
Now put the batter in a hot waffle maker for about two minutes or until golden brown.
Add any toppings you want and enjoy!
